CD Recording

We are hoping to organise another CD recording in the Autumn Term for the choir.

Radio Cymru

Caitlin & Lloyd were interviewed live one Tuesday morning at the end of June by Radio Cymru as part of a programme with the Director of Music from the Arts Council Wales regarding the World Choir Games.  There may be a follow up programme on our return from Austria.

The World Choir Games, Graz

Fantastic result everyone & congratulations on your Silver Diploma!  The choir gave their best performance to date, they sang with real passion & enthusiasm and the feedback from the audience after the performances was excellent, we were very proud of everyone.  Thanks to all choir members for their excellent behaviour on the gruelling journey, in the hotels and at the venues & to the parents & supporters who came and helped with dressing, organisation & hair for the concerts/competition.  Every one of you played and important part within our team.  To receive a 'Silver Diploma' at our first ever entry in a catogory comprising over 60 of the most successful and well established choirs from all over the world was a real achievment, Well Done!  Roll on China 2010!

ABRSM Singing Exams

ABRSM Singing Examinations from Prep Test to Grade 8 took place on Sat 19th July.  Well done all of you, it was at the end of a very busy term and I know you were all still recovering from our Austrian adventure but you all sang well.  Results should be available mid August.

Autumn Term - Nidus Term Starts Sat 6th September

Due to some of our juniors progressing into the Senior department, we have 6 places in Nidus Juniors starting 6th September.  If you are interested in one of these places, please email or telephone using the contact details on the 'Contact Us' page.

There will be no individual singing lessons on the first day of term.
